load image from bitmap file

다음 코드에서는 LoadImage API 를 사용하여, DIBSection 같이 비트맵 로드 를, DIBSection 색 테이블에서 색상표를 만듭니다. 색 테이블이 있을 경우 하프톤 색상표가 사용됩니다:
